Crossfit, the 8 letter word that, for the past eight months I have been trying really hard to live by. Sometimes it's easy, sometimes it's hard, but over the past 8 months I have seen so much progress in myself that I am mind blown. I am proud of the person I am today and the person that I want to become in the future. I just wanted to publicly share this and show people that if you really put your mind to something and commit any amount of time to it, you can get it done and accomplish your goals. You can also dodge and jump barriers, obstacles and challenges by sticking to what you know and love. I have too many friends to count, I even consider some of the people I know from Crossfit almost family.
