Two parts:

1. Open 19.2 Refinement. Friday (or attempt #1) reflections, and thoughts on techniques we can utilize in setup and strategy for a re-attempt on Monday.

2. Conditioning. The impact of 19.2 was significant, and to perform at our best on our re-attempt on Monday, we want to control our volume in training today. We have an all-bodyweight conditioning piece today that will open the lungs and refine the engine, but with the overarching theme of a low-impact day.
