200 Meter Run
Quad Stretch
Knee to Chest
Solider Kicks
Knuckle Drags
Side Lunge
Cradle Stretch
Toe Walk

Active Warmup
:20 Seconds Jumping Jacks
:40 Seconds Push-up to Down Dog

:20 Seconds Quick Single Unders
:40 Seconds Toe Touch + Air Squat

:20 Seconds High Single Unders
:40 Seconds Active Spidermans

 

Mambo Jambo Complex 

1 Power Clean
1 Push Jerk
1 Hang SQ Clean
1 Front SQ
1 Push Jerk
1 Split Jerk

GOAL should be finishing the whole complex without dropping the weight. Scale it accordingly. GOOD FORM is a MUST with each rep and set!!

Perform 1 every 90s for 6 rds.  Build as you go. Stay on the bar.
