Pvc and resistance Band Stretching.

 

Deadlift (1 x 20, 3x10)

1x20 @ 50% 1RM
3x10 50% 1RM

No belt , no straps

 

Bench Press (4 x 8)

Warmup to 60% for 1st set

 

Metcon (AMRAP - Reps)

4 Rounds for reps
(Fight Gone Bad style)

1 Min Burpees
1 Min Calorie Row
1 Min DB Snatch (50/35)
1 Min Wall Balls (20/14)
1 Min Rest

*Alternate hands each rep on DB Snatch
