Pvc and resistance Band Stretching.

 

Core:

Partner Core (One works, one rests)
For 3 minutes each movement:
Plank
Handstand Hold
Hollow Rock Hold
OH DB Hold (50/35)
Windshield Wipers

- Try and keep one partner working at all times! Switching right away when resting!

-Open athletes work on pacing so each round takes the same amount of time.
