5 x ME Handstand Walk

Scale :Working on Progressions: Box pike hold, Wall Climb to hold(nose to the wall)
*Feet together and glutes are engaged.

Bench Press (1 x 5)

*DELOAD week for fundamental lifts.

2 x 10 reps - Empty barbell.
THEN
5 reps@ 55%
5 reps@ 65%
5 reps@ 70-75% 1 RM Bench Press

*SUPERSET w/ Ring Rows

Ring Rows (4 x 5)

To make it Harder put your feet on a box. Keep your body straight

30 HSPU(Kip allowed - no abmats)
30 R.KBS(60/40)
30 S2OH (95/65)
30 Goblet SQ(50/30)
30 HR-Pushups
