Back Squat (5 x 5)

-Warmup and start working at 65-70%
- Your goal should be that every rep the crease of your hip gets lower than your knee

 

Clean (3 EMOTM x 5 min)

-Warm-up and work @ 70% 1RM Clean

Scaling options;

''Power Clean''

5 Sets of 3 reps heavy enough to work, light enough form is as perfect as possible.

5-Minute AMRAP of:
Squat Clean, 165# / 110#
Jerk, 165# / 110#
