-Warm-up and use 55% 1 RM Front Squat. -Set your goal to UNBROKEN 3 sets. -Rest exactly 1 min between the sets

Snatch Complex -1 (1 EMOTM x 5 mins)

Hang Snatch + OHS

-Warm-up and use 70-75% 1 RM OHS for all sets

Metcon (AMRAP - Reps)

10 mins Time Cap 3 Rounds of; 10 Hang P. Snatches(115/73) 15 Burpees 20 R.KBS(50/30) with the remainder of 10 min; AMRAP Snatches(115/73) *Score is the number of Snatches you perform at the end.

Rx+ (135/83), Burpee OTB, (60/40), Squat Snatch at the end
