Note: these are 3 second PAUSED BACK SQUATS 3 sets of 5 @75% 1RM Back Squat

Split Jerk (2 EMOTM x 6 Min)

Warm-up and use 75-95% of 1RM Split Jerk for all sets

Metcon (AMRAP - Rounds and Reps)

10 min AMRAP 200 m Run 10 Front Squats(135/93) - (Starting of the floor) 8 Burpees *200 m = 2 reps *1 Round = 20 reps
