CrossFit Coach / Personal Trainer
Meg is a Level 2 certified crossfit coach, certified personal trainer, and swim coach. A kinesiology major and several strength and fitness certifications have made her a well-rounded coach and athlete. From competitive dance, to swimming, and track, she has been involved with many areas of the health and fitness industry. For over 15 years, Meg has trained athletes of all ages ranging from 2 years old to 70 years old. Her love for lifting and competing led her to CrossFit just over five years ago.
Meg believes that competing and coaching go hand in hand. She is a successful Crossfit and powerlifting competitor. As a firefighter for Toronto Fire, Meg believes that maintaining health and strength is a lifelong process. She is committed to helping athletes reach their health and fitness goals and maximize their full potential. She instills her hard work ethics, focus on technique and drive into the classes she coaches.
